As a Business Development Trainee, you will:
- Maintain the sales lifecycle from prospecting and initiating communication to achieving the sale and following-up
- Keep a working familiarity with all products, services, and advertisements available by attending meetings
- Establish and maintain long-lasting client accounts by developing a sense of trust and reliability
- Analyze industry trends to stay current on the latest consumer needs and develop a cutting edge against fellow competitors
- Active listen to client concerns to clarify information and follow up with thoughtful product and service recommendations to best suit individual demands
- Prepare proposals, reports, or presentations demonstrating the potential value of our services compared to competitors
- Document all client interactions and report to management staff with trends and areas of improvement to increase sales revenue and client satisfaction
Requirements of the Business Development Trainee:
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales Trainee and proven ability to overturn objections seamlessly
- Confident presenting sales proposals to potential new clients

Education Needed For A Business Development Trainee:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED is a MUST!
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or Representative, Sales Account Executive, Client Relations, Entry-Level Account Management or similar role
