THE ROLE

As a Mover, you are the backbone of our company—the face that our customers associate with a stress-free moving experience. You'll:

• Provide white-glove service by safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting furniture and other items.
• Protect customers' valuables by expertly packing and wrapping items to prevent damage during transportation.
• Showcase your skills by assembling and disassembling furniture as needed.
• Be a problem-solver by addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and care.
• Keep us on schedule by following established routes and ensuring timely delivery.
• Use technology to guide customers through signing contracts, collecting payments, and handling documentation with our moving software.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Physical fitness – Ability to lift heavy objects and stay active throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license – Preferred but not required.
• Clean background – Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Communication skills – Excellent communication to coordinate with team members and customers.
• Attention to detail – Keen eye for ensuring the safety and security of items.
• Customer-centric attitude – Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Problem-solving abilities – Capable of basic furniture disassembly and assembly.
• Team player – Strong teamwork skills to provide a seamless moving experience.
• Prior experience in the moving industry is a plus but not required—we provide training!
