Position: Skype Operations Support Specialist
Location: Plano TX, Charlotte NC, or Pennington NJ (Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 month contract (ext. up to 36 months)
The client is currently seeking for Skype Operations Support Specialist (must have On-Premises experience).
Must haves:
- Strong Skype 2015 experience (Teams, MatterMost & Symphony and plus)
- Position need to have expertise maintaining and supporting on-premise infrastructure of the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Skype for Business 2015 on-premises infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to the Skype platform.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Skype infrastructure.
- Assist in upgrading, patching, and maintaining the Skype for Business environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with Teams, MatterMost, Symphony, and other tools.
- Perform regular system audits to identify and address vulnerabilities or inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Skype for Business 2015 on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex IT environment.
- Familiarity with related tools such as Teams, MatterMost, and Symphony.
- Proven ability to maintain and support on-premises infrastructure for enterprise applications.
Salary : $48 - $53
