Job Description
The Facilities Porter provides janitorial and maintenance services to Stash Ventures LLC facilities. This position ensures that all quality, safety, and operational standards are achieved in support of overall company goals.
Cleaning and sanitizing for grow rooms, pre and post-harvest deep clean, including all back and front of house, in support of the Cannabis Cultivation facility is a key responsibility.
- Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients, contractors, and coworkers.
- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, facilities, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Company specifications.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances.
- Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other job aids, including for the use of chemicals and equipment.
- Exposure to allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse may be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- A willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
