Job Summary
The Facilities Porter provides critical support to the Cannabis Cultivation facility by ensuring all janitorial and maintenance services are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing for grow rooms, pre and post-harvest deep clean, including all back and front of house.
- Ensuring all quality, safety, and operational standards are achieved in support of overall company goals.
- Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with all clients, contractors, and coworkers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- A willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
