Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and safety protocols are maintained.
- Manage cash reconciliation, order fulfillment, and maintain appropriate inventory levels and stock order points.
- Communicate regularly with general manager and staff regarding inventory availability and discrepancies.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for following all processes to ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance. You will also manage the receiving process, approve or reject products, and process cannabis waste according to state and local law.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in management in retail industry.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
- Excellent customer communication and service skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
