Job Description
The Facilities Porter provides vital support to the Cannabis Cultivation facility by maintaining a clean and safe environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing for grow rooms, pre and post-harvest deep clean, including all back and front of house.
- Ensuring all quality, safety, and operational standards are achieved in support of overall company goals.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other job aids, including for the use of chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- A willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
