At Stat CareOps, we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Associate to join our team. This part-time position requires an individual who is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The Inventory Management Associate will be responsible for assembling hardware components, ensuring inventory levels are maintained using our tracking software, testing hardware, organizing and storing inventory, and preparing and shipping orders.
This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in inventory management and hardware assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble Hardware: Assemble and prepare hardware components as required for orders.
- Inventory Tracking: Use inventory management software to monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and ensure adequate stock for upcoming orders.
- Hardware Testing: Perform quality checks and test hardware to ensure it meets the required standards before shipment.
- Organize and Store Inventory: Efficiently organize and store hardware in a safe and accessible manner, ensuring inventory is easy to locate when needed.
- Prepare and Ship Orders: Pack and ship orders accurately and on time, ensuring all necessary documentation and labels are included.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep up-to-date records of inventory movements, completed assembly work, and any stock discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, hardware assembly, or a similar role is a plus.
