A reputable logistics company is seeking reliable and motivated Independent Couriers to join our dynamic delivery network. As an independent courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of items to various locations. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to be your own boss while earning competitive pay.
This route runs Monday - Friday. The driver must have a reliable mid-sized SUV to successfully complete this route. There are two scheduled deliveries for this route: one pick-up at 7:00am and the second at 2:30pm. The driver must be willing to accept on-demand work in between the 7:00am and 2:30pm deliveries which will increase income.
Requirements:
- Provide delivery service Monday through Thursday.
- Provide reliable vehicle and back up Driver
- Pick up and deliver packages to specified locations promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer signatures.
- Handle packages with care and follow all company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Liability Insurance Coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
- Own a reliable vehicle and have access to a back-up vehicle.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional representation, strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- STAT Courier performs a motor vehicle records check and a criminal background check as part of the application process.
