About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic healthcare team at STAT Home Health as a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Pearland, TX. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of services and maintenance of standards in our district operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Daily Workload : Utilize Agency personnel to their fullest capacity by coordinating and scheduling the daily workload of each district.
- Supervise District Nurses and Home Health Aides : Provide daily supervision to ensure the quality of services and maintenance of standards.
- Case Management : Perform case management of patient load as necessary.
- Evaluate Staff Performance : Appraise staff performance during their probationary period and annually with the Director of Nursing.
- Clinical Evaluation : Identify and evaluate client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff.
