Executive Director opening for STAT Home Health!
STAT Home Health is looking for an Executive Director with Healthcare industry experience for our progressive, outcome-driven privately held company that offers home health services in the Pensacola, FL area.
As an Executive Director you will be responsible for: Overseeing all clinical operations; working with clinical resources to oversee patient intake/inquiries and assess patient care; supervising skilled nursing services in accordance with MD orders; directing billing/payroll/data entry activities; budgeting, assuring financial success of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Qualified Clinician with a valid professional license to practice in the State of Florida preferred
- At least three years of experience as a registered nurse or qualified clinician, one of these years must consist of full-time experience in providing direct patient care in a home health setting
- Leadership experience in Home Health setting with a proven track record of success will be strongly considered
- General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
