As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise patient care and develop comprehensive care plans
- Coordinate patient care activities, including medication management and treatment implementation
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including Oasis and 485 forms
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Requirements
- Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for patient visits
