As a member of Statco-DSI’s Control Panel team, you will work together with the team to fabricate electrical control panels, junction boxes and wire harnesses, based on designed prints. You will take the panel from concept to completed, tested product, ready for use in our customer’s facilities.

Are you motivated by about this work?

  • Completing the layout of back panels and enclosures
  • Mounting components to back panels and enclosure, based upon drawings
  • Neatly routing and bundling of wire and cables, based on wiring standards
  • Complete point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces and Instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot products as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
  • Maintaining red line drawing of changes required during fabrication, communicating these changes to key stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders

Base Salary Range: $48,776 - $83,616

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent, Technical Degree Graduate preferred
  • Some prior experience working with process controls (development, maintain and troubleshooting)
  • An electrical background is preferred, either an electrician or apprentice
  • Prior work experience in or around industrial food processing plants
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
