Key Responsibilities:
Expertly handle phone calls, efficiently schedule appointments, and provide timely reminders to patients.
Responsible for checking patients in and out, creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Skillfully prepare treatment plans and consents, ensuring patients are well-informed about their dental care options.
Regularly audit schedules for accuracy and optimal patient flow.
Team Support: Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a full, accurate schedule, enhancing office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Weave and office administration.
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued, enhancing communication with a diverse patient base.
