Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Banker located in Central, IN. The Mortgage Banker will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage lending, processing mortgage applications, and managing loans. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, assessing their financial situations, explaining mortgage terms, and guiding them through the process from application to closing. Partnering with realtors, builders, and internal partners to drive opportunity. The role also includes providing ongoing support and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Experience in Loans and Finance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
