Here are some of the key responsibilities of the Public Relations Manager:
- Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of the SBA and its mission.
- Write news releases and prepare information for the media.
- Develop the SBA’s organizational image and brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing SBA social media presence.
- Develop, review and edit all SBA communication and marketing materials.
- Manages various SBA electronic newsletters.
- Manage SBA member surveys.
- Manage SBA website content and content managers.
- Assists with creating and implementing the Communications budget.
- Assists with SBA access to justice efforts.
- Creates and assists with various member and public events.
