The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a FACS/Cache Developer to join our growing team. As a FACS/Cache Developer you would develop, monitor and maintain FACS, Cache and complementary applications; develop, test and maintain business logic/workflow, data-flow, tactics; communicate PPMS-related issues and make recommendations to Administration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement and document automated routines for importing/exporting to/from database systems.
- Build, enhance and maintain the data models, interfaces and application integration required to support growing, changing business needs.
- Collaboration with business teams in the development and initiation of new applications.
- Adheres to all PPMS policies as implemented in company.
- Adheres to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and applicable laws.
- Adheres to all State Collection Service policies as stated in the Handbook.
- Attend training in FACS and other software as required to increase competency.
- Serve as backup for computer operation scheduling, backup storage and retrieval functions.
- Assist in monitoring all system logs and troubleshoot problems.
- Assist in after-hours system maintenance as required.
- Help identify continuous improvements inside and outside the department.
- Support the entire organization in the use of Cache, Enable, report writer, and tactics.
- Test all system changes prior production and document all changes.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Cache’/Tactics/Enable.
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to respond to customer requests.
- Represents SCSI with the professional and ethical work standards consistent with company mission and management policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Preferred graduation from an accredited college or university with minimum AS or AA in Business, Computer Science or related subjects.
- 3 years’ experience with object-oriented development, SQL dialect, relational database theory or equivalent programming/application development.
- 3 years experience working with FACS collection system or similar
- Knowledge of Credit, Collections or Financial industries desirable
- Ability to work both independently and in team-based environments
- Excellent customer service/end user liaison skills
- Attention to Detail, Professionalism & Organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
