The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a Special Services Coordinator to join our team! As a Special Services Coordinator you would work closely with the operations team and are responsible for preparing consumer accounts for legal action. This includes identifying consumer accounts, filing, and maintaining post judgment actions such as garnishments, executions, and transcription and docketing of judgments while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, the ability to interpret legal documents, and the capability to quickly adapt to changes and new processes. Experience with legal terminology or litigation is highly beneficial.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensures timely and accurate communication with consumers when they call while legal action is pending and communicates with attorneys and clients for accounts in the litigation processSubmits and approves legal referrals for specified clientsRuns and reviews reports to ensure all accounts that should be referred for legal action are sent to the designated attorneysPrepares accounts for suit after the client has returned the suit authorizationGathers and sends all necessary paperwork and electronic documents that the agency’s attorneyFollow up and review of all accounts with legal action pending to ensure action is timely and efficientEnters information received from Attorney Status reportsPrepares and sends satisfactions to the courtMaintains legal collection file to ensure wait dates are current and accounts are worked within client and company guidelinesPerforms transaction processes such as posting, balance and updating court costs and attorney feesReviews accounts in 4 and 5 phase dispositionsUpdate status fee report monthlyCompletes special projects or work duties as directed by managerQualifications, Skills, and Experience :
1 to 2 years of related experience preferredBasic knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to interpret legal documents.Experience in handling garnishments is beneficial.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package :
