The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description • Oversight of Outgoing Mail and Labor Unit • Acts as an indirect supervisor for the Outgoing Mail and Labor Unit. Duties include, but not limited to: Oversight of all outgoing mail for agency, driving agency leased vehicles, conducting monthly certified mailings and envelope printer processing, coordinating any maintenance needed for agency mailing machines, assist support staff with work orders where needed.• Special Project Assistance with Space Planning/Leasing Unit• Works in coordination with the Space Planning/Leasing unit. Including, but not limited to, facilitation of requested furniture modifications, measuring for proposed modifications and other assistance where needed.
