Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Electrical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, engineers, field teams, and leadership to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Develop project schedules, assign resources, and track progress.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor job costs, budgets, and change orders to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to field teams, ensuring clear communication and productivity.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality control (site visits typically 1-2 times a week).
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and labor allocation.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively to maintain project integrity.
