Electrical Journeyman
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Journeyman to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all work meets safety standards, electrical codes, project requirements and our customers vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and lighting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Bend and install conduit, pull wire, and perform terminations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and hands-on training.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Ability to run a project effectively, giving direction to multiple team members, ensuring the project has the best outcome possible.
- Operate machinery as needed (skid steer, excavator, etc.).
