What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Assist customers by providing product information, pricing, and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely communication with customers.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our extensive inventory of electrical products to make recommendations and promote sales.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with outside sales representatives to drive business growth and achieve team goals.
• Teamwork: Work closely with branch team members to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the electrical distribution industry is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.
