Purpose :
To support all aspects of personal lines insurance, including quality control of underwriting and compliance requirements, retention, remarketing, and servicing policies.
Responsibilities :
Work with insurance carriers to remain apprised of each carrier’s risk appetite, while mentoring Personal Lines Insurance Specialists in aligning insured risk with carrier risk profile and compliance standards.
Monitor and handle escalated electronic communications received by Insurance Services for personal lines products, including billing, servicing and quote requests.
Train and mentor employees on retention procedures and requirements, collaborating with management on process inefficiencies and carrier changes.
Handle escalated adverse action and claim disputes, gathering appropriate documentation to assist management in rendering decisions.
Review and monitor accuracy of data in agency management system, identifying weaknesses and workflow inefficiencies.
Train and mentor employees on insurance carrier audit requirements and regulatory requests.
Qualifications : Required Education
Bachelors; Acceptable Fields of Study : Communications, Business Management, Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics or related fields of study
Must have in-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance industry and the responsibilities to the policyholders.
