Duties

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in typing and using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Experience in sales is a plus, as this role may involve upselling products or services.
