About the Job
The New Business Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in helping drive growth for the insurance agency by targeting and acquiring new customers. This role involves working with prospects who are seeking insurance quotes and closing deals with individuals in need of insurance solutions. The specialist will work with our New Acquisition Team to learn and implement proven strategies that ensure business growth. Base pay $35K-$50K with ability to earn $75K-$100K / year.
What You Will be Responsible For
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : leads are generated from our Marketing Department and filtered directly to the New Acquistion Team for prompt follow-up with customers wanting auto and homeowners' insurance quotes.
- Customer Engagement : Initiate contact with prospects by phone, text, email to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Sales Presentations : Effectively present insurance products (Auto, Home, Small Business, Life) and services to prospects highlighting benefits, value, and competitive pricing.
- Sales Strategy Development : Learn, practice, and "buy-in" to our proven methods that become easily repeatable down a pathway to success
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
