JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Well established insurance office - serving the area for over 34 years.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service.
- Respond to inquiries from existing and potential policyholders.
- Make referrals for marketing opportunities as appropriate.
- Process customer policy changes and claim requests.
- Work with agent's computer system to update information in customer databases.
- General maintenance of social media websites for the agency.
- Generate and follow-up with internet leads.
- Contact prospects and policyholders for appointments.
- Assist agent and other team members in setting and achieving office goals.
COMPENSATION:
-Hourly wage plus bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

-Property & Casualty license (preferred or must obtain within 6 months).
HOURS:
Monday - Friday (3 - 5 days a week)
9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Full-time/part-time (flexible schedule)
Wage varies with experience
No evenings or weekends
