Sales Account Executive

Job Overview: Base Salary of $41,000 plus bonus/commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and warm leads
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify competitor activities, and recommend strategies to increase market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts by upselling/cross-selling additional products or services

Skills:

- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, and account management
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information and negotiate deals
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build relationships
- Familiarity with technology sales processes and CRM software for efficient pipeline management
