State Farm Insurance Agency who seeks an insurance licensed and preferably insurance experienced (Bilingual Spanish) Insurance Licensed Representative- Agent Team Member.
Responsibilities:
- Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about various insurance options.
- Prospect, quote, sell and service State Farm Insurance & Financial Services products to individuals and businesses using a consultative need based selling techniques.
- Determine customers insurance and financial services needs by assessing existing coverages and aligning new products and services based on their needs. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to help clients on product selection.
- Develop new customers relationships through networking, direct referrals, lead databases, reviews and marketing calling.
- Find a way to turn all quotes into sales
- Input accurately customers’ information within the State Farm database to enable tracking history and maintain accurate records.
- Answer calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service.
- Performs timely follow-up and resolution related to potential insurance cancellations
- Completes all insurance items accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses
- Fast learner
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish, and/or other languages helpful
- Strong work ethics
- Proven record of building relationships with customers and prospects
- Easily able to build rapport
