State Farm Agency located in Childress, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Representative. The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
We serve the insurance needs of residents of the southeastern Panhandle of Texas and Southwest Oklahoma. The job requires licenses in Texas as well as Oklahoma and having one or both is a positive but unlicensed applicants will also be considered.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
