You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. You will also assist customers with claims assistance and general account updates that are needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Assist customers with claim assistant
- Process customer requests with their accounts and bills
