We are looking for people who are organized and can maintain the office flow. This person will be the front-end supervisor. Phone skills are a must! Must be able to type. You will handle questions on customers' bills and changes that need to be made and maintain the current book of business. You will handle the cash flow and make the bank deposit. You will be the first person the customers see as they enter the office. A full benefits package is available. If you feel you are a good candidate, please apply now.

Compensation:

$36,000 - $55,000 Yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to the customer's questions, complaints, and comments according to our standards
  • Keep the schedule for the office running smoothly
  • Direct walk and telephone traffic to the correct party
  • Maintain supplies
  • Do everything that needs to be done with a smile.
  • Handle the ordering and maintaining of office supplies
  • Front-end Supervisor
  • Answer general calls and direct to appropriate part
  • Always maintain a professional and positive attitude
Qualifications:
  • Property and Casualty license REQUIRED
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Organized and capable of using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word)
  • Some college preferred
  • A Quick learner would be desired
  • Management or Customer Service experience
  • A friendly face
