- Potential starting salary range : $133,500- $175,250 annually.

Responsibilities

Responsible for management of assigned first line leaders and oversight of their teams, which includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activitiesLeads team toward desired department and company goals, creating high performing work environmentResponsible for the review and control of the operations claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense paymentsEnsures compliance with company procedures, applicable federal / state laws, and legal requirementsSuggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologiesWorks closely with leaders from other claim segments
May participate and / or lead committees and project groups, as requestedMay work extended hours and / or weekends based on business needWhere You'll Work : This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. During the job training period you may have a higher percentage of time spent in-office to support your learning experience.
Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need. Successful candidates are able and willing to work flexible work shifts and may be asked to work overtime and / or irregular hours.
