JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
- Customer Service for existing book of business
- Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives.
- Develops agency relationship with existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Field underwriting and rating for new accounts
- Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agency owner
- Performs other duties as assigned
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Previous customer service experience required
- Property and Casualty License preferred but not required
- Must be able to navigate various systems and use all basic computer programs
- Exceptional customer service skills both on the phone and face to face
- Experience in insurance preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $27.75 per hour
