Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and technical knowledge to effectively communicate our offerings and meet client needs.

Duties

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activity, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on account status and performance metrics.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical sales environments.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient computer skills and typing.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
