Who We Are Looking For:
- Rising college sophomores, juniors, seniors who are pursuing degrees in a related program, such as Business Strategy, Strategic/Organizational Communication, Business Management, Data Engineering, Machine Learning or AI/related technologies.
- To be eligible for the summer internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
- Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity.***
- Summer Internship Dates: 5/19/2025-8/1/2025
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
- Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
- Pay: $22.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
- Work Arrangement:
- Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
- Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
- Hub Location(s): Bloomington, IL
- Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Analytics, Enterprise Research, and product teams to build relationships and foster trust.
- Utilize business and technical expertise to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to establish AI strategies addressing identified challenges and opportunities.
- Align strategies with enterprise, department, and agent goals.
- Communicate effectively with business partners and leaders to gain buy-in and prioritize strategy.
- Establish high-level ROI and key outcomes in collaboration with business partners.
- Support teams in integrating and prioritizing the strategy in their work.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of and experience with AI and affiliated technologies
- Possess exceptional communication skills, encompassing oral, written, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Applies relevant AI, insurance industry, and marketplace knowledge when making business decisions.
- Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues/opportunities as well as recommend actions to take.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and curiosity, combining resilience with a passion for success.
