Responsibilities
The Agent Development Center (ADC) at our Bloomington Corporate Office is seeking an energetic ADC Coach who:
Mentors, counsels, coaches, and evaluates agent interns as they progress through the Agent Intern Learning Path (AILP)
Partners with all levels of leadership to provide agent intern progress updates and support for the transition to agent interns who successfully complete the Agent Intern Learning Path (AILP) to Term Independent Contractor Agents (TICA)
Incumbents must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the State Farm Agency distribution system, TICA, Limited Tenure Agreement (LTA), Licensed Staff Agreements (LSA) and State Farm company operations, products, and services
Maintains continued involvement in company-sponsored education, seminars, conferences, and/or training courses for developmental purposes
May work irregular hours
Must maintain a valid license to lawfully operate vehicles as directed/requested by State Farm
Job may require incumbent travel via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to State Farm facilities, professional association meetings, seminars, and other locations
NOTE:This role is a Hybrid work arrangement for Bloomington IL, Dunwoody GA, Richardson TX, and Tempe AZ. Remote work arrangements will only be considered for qualified applicants who reside outside of these 4 listed locations.

Qualifications
Incumbents must possess or will have to obtain and maintain the Series 6 license after hire
