Potential starting salary range (annually) $66,071.65 - $105,000.00. Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary; subject to pro-ration at time of hire.

Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Utilize coding skills in Excel Power Suite, SAS, SQL, Python, or other relevant languages to manage, transform, and analyze data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data retrieval and storing systems, data modeling, data visualization, and data warehousing using ETL tools, AWS-based analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results to various levels of management.
- Prepare cohesive and understandable reports, summaries, and presentations to highlight key insights and recommendations.

Apply specialized knowledge of research and statistical techniques to enhance data analysis processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those requirements. - Modify existing technical solutions through design, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Create and maintain automated data solutions for reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with first and third-party insurance claims processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Demonstrated coding skills with multiple languages (e.g., Excel Power Suite, SAS, SQL, Python)
- Demonstrated learning agility to quickly learn new technical skills and business acumen with immediately application of skills.
- Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness competencies.
- Demonstrated success with executing recurring reporting tasks including building, automating, troubleshooting, &
