This Finance Analyst role within Financial Shared Services (FSS) provides operational support to teams primarily within Compensation Services, Expense Processing, Money Movement, or Vehicle and Agent Loan Oversight. A candidate in this role will establish and coordinate relationships across the enterprise and FSS and represent the respective area of responsibility in various department and enterprise projects and initiatives. The current openings are within Compensation Services, but candidates may be considered for opportunities in other areas within FSS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively anticipates, recognizes, and solves enterprise, industry, and business unit issues
- Possesses ability to analyze complex business issues and communicate findings to a broad audience
- Coordinates projects and administrative duties for specialized area
- Performs business and/or financial analytical, technical, and research activities
- Responds to information requests from internal and external customers in accordance with department standards on current issues facing the department or enterprise
- Use SAS Enterprise Guide and Microsoft Excel to support and develop automated operational process improvements and data-driven solutions
- Builds and/or modifies tools and databases to meet project requirements including design, coding, testing, and implementation

- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to develop strong working relationship to contribute towards a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Demonstrates the ability to understand large data sets, learn business tools, and actively seeks ways to improve processes using Microsoft Excel, SAS Enterprise Guide or other technology
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Statistics or a related field is preferred
- May be required to work irregular hours and/or a nonstandard work week as required
