We are seeking someone to fill a role as an Investment Admin Specialist. This role is with the Corporate Bond team of the Investment Department, which is responsible for approximately $65 billion of State Farm's assets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining reports, records, and information regarding investment transactions and activity
- Assisting with primary and secondary investment transactions
- Interacting with internal and external business partners regarding investment transactions
- Developing specialized statistical/technical reports and studies
- Collecting and reviewing data, performing analysis, and correcting discrepancies
Office Location (Richardson, TX)…where we work hard AND play hard!
Our campus is conveniently located near the local transit and we have several restaurants on campus.
We Are Looking for Candidates With
- Bachelor's degree (preferred), with coursework in accounting and finance
- A basic understanding of financial statements and fixed income securities
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- A high degree of professionalism with interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet responsibilities with limited direction and oversight
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Familiarity with Bloomberg and SharePoint a plus
