Come join a #1 team and do some good!ResponsibilitiesResearches information to service and resolve customer inquiries and account issuesAnswers customer and agent telephone inquiries on Investment Planning Services accounts and policiesProcesses financial account transactions, entries, product inquiries, and / or requestsReviews and provides suggestions to improve workflows, processes, and / or proceduresApplies general knowledge of investment fundamentals and industry trends to service Customer and agent inquiriesCandidates selected for this position will be expected to take Investment Planning Services phone calls.QualificationsAssociates Degree or higher, preferredFinancial Services, Investments, Banking or Insurance work experience is desirable.Contact center experience a plusStrong verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Excel helpfulLicense, Background Check and Credit Check InformationWill be required to possess and / or obtain (within the first 12 weeks) a Securities Industries Essentials (SIE), Series 6 license, and Series 63.Continued employment requires incumbents to receive sponsorship from State Farm VP Management Corp. Incumbents must also be registered and remain in good standing as required by State Farm VP Management Corp. and the FINRA. This includes successfully completing all applicable FINRA exam(s) and state exams required by the state in which you are employed. Selected candidates will be required to sign a Securities Registration Agreement. Fingerprint, Credit check and Background check required. Hybrid Work Arrangement : Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations) including Bloomington, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.After licensing and training requirements are met, the in-office requirement is 2-3 days / week for 2-3 months to ensure successful imersion into the role. Once it is determined imcumbents are meeting performance expectations, they will shift to Monday – Thursday consecutive days in-office, during 1 week each month from there on out.Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from the office location by the start date.
