As a member of our high-performing Investments Team, you will be relied upon as a key partner to perform due diligence research, financial modeling, and investment decision-making. The Mortgage / Real Estate Investment Team is responsible for managing over $21 billion of investments on behalf of State Farm. Real estate investments are primarily focused on multifamily, industrial, and construction mortgage loans, as well as directly-owned real estate equity investments and REIT securities. Investments are originated and managed by geographically-focused mortgage teams and dedicated real estate equity and REIT teams. Processes and systems support disciplined underwriting, an expansive sourcing network, and diligent asset management. State Farm is a relationship-orientated lender and equity capital investor with a well-established and growing commercial real estate platform. This position is based at State Farm’s growing investment platform at CityLine in Richardson, Texas, in the fast-growing Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. This position is eligible for relocation benefits.
