This individual partners closely with both business & technical teams to improve overall data quality on the legacy PMR systems.

- DB2/SQL
- Data Profiling
- Use of Connect Direct for transmission of production datasets
- IBM Data Studio (or other similar software for querying production DB2 data)
- Use of IDAA tables and unload flat files
- Familiarity with Auto OT800 PMR and OT151 Driver Profile Databases
- Familiarity with Group-Agreement & Group-Party tables/datasets
- Use of Excel spreadsheets
- Use of Captured Reduced Data for testing
- Use of OPPLEX for working with production data
- Use of TSDEV for testing new or changed components
- Use of TCPLEX for support of system testing
- GIT for deployment of components
- IMS
- Familiarity with BMC Unload Utility for DB2 and IMS
- DMS (Dialog Management Services) for maintenance of productivity tools
- SPUFI DB2 querying tool
- FMDB2 and FMIMS querying tools
- Use of Visio
- Use of Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with use of GDGs
- Familiarity with FIT systems for support of performance testing
- Use of WinSCP or similar software for transferring datasets between host and laptop hard drive
- Familiarity with Control-M for monitoring production jobs
