Responsibilities
Learning Analyst serve as the subject matter resource (SMR) for business storytelling and visual design within a function, producing compelling stories that enable our business to make informed data influenced decisions. A business story designer demonstrates a deep understanding and application of business storytelling skillsets and experience. The approach to work influences key stakeholders by conveying insights that can drive strategic decision-making. Business story designer prepares detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development while championing a user/audience-centric design philosophy to provide great experiences for customers, business partners and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual design proficiency, providing creative direction and leading ideation and collaboration activities acting as a key voice in the interpretation, design and illustration of information, collaborating across the function to execute deliverables
Consult in development of impactful narratives and provide actionable recommendations that align with business objectives, promoting and cultivating the continuous improvement of visual design strategy, audience/user experience standards, brand guidelines and aspirational visualizations.
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and other subject matter resources will be critical to success in this role. A curious business mindset with an ability to simplify complex concepts and analysis into easy-to-understand takeaways that drive business decisions is essential.

Qualifications

- Experience in storytelling to senior leadership and experience in a variety of design tools.
