Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail oriented, customer service focused and very reliable individual to join the Beneficiary and Ownership Team (BOT) as a Life Customer Services Assistant.
The Beneficiary and Ownership Team (BOT) handles requests to change beneficiaries and/or ownership, requests to add or remove collateral assignments, and reviews of power of attorney documents aligned to a beneficiary or ownership change. BOT is also responsible for the handling of polices with a deceased owner, and working directly with agency and business partners as well as customers in completing work assignments.
A successful candiate will have a high learning agility and a resourceful mindset to work in a fast paced production environment. You will be responsible for working directly with agency and business partners as well as customers in completing work assignments. Working efficiently and meeting deadlines with assigned tasks is key and following process guidelines to service existing policies with high attention to detail is essential in this role.
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:15pm (Mountain Time)
- Different work shifts may be available if it meets the need of the associate and our customer.
- Saturdays and overtime hours as needed during high-volume and promotions
Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Remote --- Based on candidate location
Work Location: Dallas, TX Bloomington, IL Phoenix, AZ Greeley, CO New Albany, OH
Additional Information/Requirements
• May be required to assist functional areas during peak production periods, high call volume, or to meet deadlines
• May be required to work irregular or non-standard work hours or work week based on customer demands
Qualifications
Our Life Customer Service Assistants demonstrate the following skills in their day-to-day work:
- Know where to find answers and serve as a technical and procedural resource to assist in resolving policy and/or policyholder questions
- Maintain and update policyholder records through attention to detail (e.g., change of address, change in policy coverage, etc.)
- Communicate clearly and professionally through remarkable customer service skills
- Handle multiple computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office) while maintaining quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Thrive on accountability to your team, your work and your schedule!
Preferred Technical Skills: Experience working with the Life Workload Management system, Life Policy View, Life UNIX system, and OneNote

For Colorado Candidates: Salary Range $30,527.25 - $50,576.50
