What is a Relationship Specialist?
A person who can:
-Manage and oversee customer accounts via inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers
-Have high-level asset-based insurance and financial conversations
-Educate customers / potential customers on everyday risks
-Help clients create a plan to avoid risks and optimize their future
-Foster new relationships daily through outbound phone-calls, work with centers-of-influence, and perform community prospecting
-Have difficult, and often uncomfortable conversations with customers - which help them see the world differently, and better prepare for their future
