Salary Information :
The base salary is $150,000 and is fixed. The sales leader role is not eligible for merit increases. There are three components of the sales leader compensation base salary, monthly variable compensation, and Sales Leader annual bonus. Eligibility for all parts of the Sales Leader Annual bonus is based on SL territory achieving their annual auto gain minimum at year end.
