Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Agency and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to enhance service delivery and project outcomes.
- Maintain data and information, ensuring accurate input into databases or applicable systems.
- Support project initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational objectives.
- Cultivate knowledge of company structures and industry best practices to provide informed assistance and improve team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency.
- May review, edit, and refine scripts and other text-content within based media (print, video, PowerPoint, web, etc.) for readability, consistency, and clarity.
Tasks may require:
- Ability to interpret requests from our business partners to determine how to best assist and anticipate what other questions may be asked.
- Prioritize work to ensure completed by time sensitive deadlines.
- Interpretation of procedures or policies to resolve issues.
- Participation in project work and take initiative to resolve identified problems.
- Developing and learning new technical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to complete tasks.
- Working under moderate supervision.
- Developing department knowledge, customer service skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Entering data into and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint sites, OneNotes, and job aids.
- May be asked to work in a variety of systems/tools including, but not limited to: ECFT, SSAA, Archer, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, OneNote, SharePoint, and Workfront.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to read and understand documents for projects.

Potential starting salary range: $40,300 – $55,463.13
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 9% of base salary
