Starting salary is $104,000 - $139,500 annually. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38 : 45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience. Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.

Salary range : $114,400 - $153,450

Responsibilities

The Sr Marketing Science Analyst is responsible for insights, optimization, experimental design & testing, measuring results, and recommendations within funnel tactics, with an emphasis on direct marketing (email, text, and direct) tactics. This role also includes a focus on identifying and leveraging AI / ML models to further improve tactic results.
