Responsibilities

State Farm is looking for a Technology Manager to join our Enterprise Data Shared Services team. As a Technology Manager, you will be responsible for reimagining enterprise data movement and ETL processes, with a focus on supporting on-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud, and vendor to cloud movement. You will also play a critical role in managing and leading a team of talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the reimagining of enterprise data movement and ETL processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and analytical outcomes
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful outcomes
• Champion a "data-led" approach and advocate for the adoption of cloud technologies
• Create product strategy/roadmaps that align with business needs and data modernization efforts
• Manage leadership administrative activities, budget, and risks
• Remove roadblocks and impediments to accelerate delivery
Qualifications
• Strong technical background with prior software engineering and/or data analytics experience
• AWS experience and/or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Agile and Iterative delivery and approach to work
• Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Prior experience with legacy systems and customer data challenges is a plus
