- Monthly quality service of accounts to include system maintenance, account organization, product inventory, product ordering, service logs, and customer interaction.
- Systems installations and maintenance at customer locations
- Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned customers
- Provide customer training on products, equipment usage and safety issues
- Document results via weekly service logs, daily contact with Account Manager
- Handle training administration details (set-up, scheduling, confirmation, record-keeping, service records, etc.) to meet company requirements
- Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.
- Special projects, as assigned
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical equipment
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Strong verbal, presentation, listening, customer service, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
